Chemistry Set Records, The CSR Radio Network and Privacy

We are happy to say that we do not collect any personal information about you on our site. You may provide an email address for us to respond to should you have a questions, that address will only be used for the purpose of sending you a direct reply.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or share your personal information or email address with anybody under any circumstances whatsoever. The only exception may be If compelled to do so by legal authorities we would of course have to comply with them. We do not send spam and since we do not collect email addresses there is no need to opt-out. You are already automatically opted out. There is no opt-in ability at this time.

How we Collect Information

Bands or Artists who wish to have their music aired on the CSR Radio Network are required to enter into a contract called the CSR Radio Agreement. We obtain the Rightsholders name, address, phone, email address and signature on that form via fax or mail. Electronic copies are not accepted as we do require a wet ink signature original for our files. Visitors to our site are allowed to roam about freely without the need or ability to create an account, establishing a login, or providing a password. If a Contact Us form is used and an email address is provided to us then we have collected only that information which you provided.

Use of Information

The CSR Radio Agreement is physically filed away in our office filing cabinet. This information is shared with nobody. In the event a Copyright Infringement claim is presented to us we may need to provide a copy to the legal authorities. Visitors who used the Contact Us form and provided their email address will only have that email address used to reply to you. We do not sell your email address or personal information you may provide us.

Data Security

The CSR Radio Agreement is physically filed away in our office filing cabinet. It is not stored online. We do not store personal information or email addresses online. If you use the Contact Us form the information you provide resides in a private file folder that is visible on our server until read and is then purged usually within two business days.

Changes in Our Privacy Policy

We update our Privacy Policy when changes are made. There have been no changes or modifications made since inception and to date as of this writing, January 5, 2008. Because we maintain no email list to inform you of any changes we ask that you check here as frequently as you see fit to learn of any changes.
