Chemistry Set Records  and the CSR Radio Network employs a zero-tolerance policy with regards to Copyright Infringement. We take such reports very seriously. The whole reason this site exists is to make sure Artists are getting paid in every way possible.

Unlike most Webcasters, CSR Radio only airs songs that have been authorized by the Rightsholder for us to do so royalty free. Therefore, every individual song from each Artist has been itemized in the CSR Radio Agreement, a legally binding contract entered into, and, signed by the Rightsholder.

The Agreement may be terminated by either party at will and without reason with just fifteen (15) days notice. Do not use this form if you simply wish to be released from the Agreement. Use the Contact Us form, email or write us using the address on your copy of the Agreement and we'll be happy to honor your wishes.

Because CSR Radio only plays songs from Independent Artists we expect that listeners will hear only original works for which the Artists or their designated Agent capable of entering into said Agreement.

Please notify us immediately if this applies to you. Were you tuned in to CSR Radio on SHOUTcast, live365, or our ChemSet Podcast? (not Last.fm*)

If you heard a song or songs that you feel certain belong to you and yet you have no knowledge of having entered into an Agreement with us we will immediately pull it from rotation indefinitely or until resolved to the Rightsholders satisfaction. We will also produce the signed Agreement that corresponds with said song, and mail a copy to the Artists/Rightsholders address listed in said Agreement giving proper notice of claim. If that address is not your address we can provide a copy to the proper legal authorities only.

If after you receive a copy of the Agreement and are then satisfied, and specifically request it in writing, we can then put the song(s) back into rotation. Any Content that has open legal activity or court action in process will not be added back into rotation without adequate documentation of outcome and proof of finalization. A brand new Agreement with the resultant Rightsholder will then also be required before Content can be aired.

Chemistry Set Records shall be held free from harm and legal action in any case as we have taken all proper and necessary steps to obtain written permission to air Content from only those who declare Rightsholder status. We have also put these Copyright Infringement resolution steps into place, and will fully cooperate with legal authorities.

*Please note that if you heard Copyrighted works on our Last.fm page, whether they belong to you or are known to belong to another, CSR Radio has no control over the programming and song selections with that service. It is Last.fm's responsibility to comply with all laws which govern them and not CSR Radio. Please contact Last.fm directly with any concerns that may arise while tuned in to Last.fm instead.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Select the items that apply, and then let us know how to contact you. You will receive a letter from us in the mail instructing you as to how to proceed. Although this form will start the process, we cannot proceed without original wet-ink signature documents. Photocopies and emails are not acceptable.
